What is SmartClean Matrix
Matrix serves as a one-stop platform, digitizing all the facets of cleaning management, and brings seamless integration with silo solutions. Its goal is bring all the stakeholders on a single platform and democratize information among the cleaning industry stakeholders including properties, FM, cleaning and hygiene companies.

Matrix comprises the following web based modules and mobile applications for iOS and Android:
- Workforce: Workforce management tools to manage your manpower, view their attendance and performance KPIs.
- Workorders: Schedule and plan shifts (roster), create tasks and report/view incidents happening in your facility.
- Audits: Create inspection templates and generate audit scores by creating various type of questionairres provided.
- Reports: Generate and view primary KPIs from the modules and optionally share it with external clients.
- Optimus: Utilise the power of IoT to enhance your cleaning operations using SmartClean provided sensors or even third party sensors.
- Grids: Grids allows you to map your facility by defining zones and annotating them on a floor plan to provide a visual navigation mechanism for the data generated by other modules, such as incidents ongoing in zones, etc.
Mobile Applications
The mobile applications available are:
- FM: This application allows stakeholders to create and view schedules, monitor/resolve/create incidents and tasks, monitor attendance of workforce for shifts published.

- Housekeeping: This application allows stakeholders to check in to their scheduled/planned shifts and perform the necessary actions to resolve a scheduled task or incident assigned.
