Shift Repeat Options Available
This section describes the meaning of various shift repetition options available in the mobile and web views and examples of various scenarios.
- Repeat for tomorrow: The shift will be replicated for tomorrow’s date. If tomorrow falls on next calendar month or year, the date will be appropriately crossed over with respect to the project’s timezone.
- Repeat for week: The shift will be replicated across the current week. Note that the ISO week convention is followed here where the week starts from Sunday and ends on Saturday.
- Repeat for rest of the month: The shift will be replicated across the current month in the project’s timezone.
- Repeat for the next month: The shift will be replicated across the next month in the project’s timezone. If the next month falls on next calendar year, the year will be changed appropriately.
- Repeat for specific days: This options allows the shift to be repeated on specific days of week for the current month.
It is recommended the start the shift planning around the 20th of each month for your workforce.
I do not want to plan shifts actively but want them to be defined automatically based on the availability defined for my workforce.
