Using the following request to Metrics API:

Request: Get the last n tasks for a Zone in given time range (Default limit and time range: 10 tasks in past 24 hours)

View the API document

Get last task completed for a Zone by any member of workforce.

• Make this request: Get last n tasks for a Zone in given time range
• Look for those task objects in which “Status” is “COMPLETED”

Get the last incident created for a Zone and assigned to any member of workforce

• Make this request: Get last n tasks for a Zone in given time range
• Look for those task objects in which “Status” is “PENDING”
