Feature
- The Housekeeping mobile application can now start an adhoc or unplanned task group defined within the property or provided by the system.
Users can update their applications to take advantage of this feature. This feature removes the necessity to plan for the scheduled activities and allows them to be performed on demand.
The Android version for this feature is v1.1.6.17 and iOS is v1.1.6.4
Enhancements
- The report for Scheduled tasks tabular data now allows you to download in Format 3 PDF where each task is allocated a separate page alongwith its images.
Enhancements
- Availabilities for each person/seat defined in Workforce Management web dashboard now allows you to also optionally define their zones per building. This feature allows you to indicate a subset of zones the seat/user should receive auto allocated workorders from, when they start an unplanned shift in that building.
By deafult, all zones are allowed, should no zones be selected here.
Feature
- The IAM module now allows API based access to various functionalities such as role changes, generation of API keys and access logs for auditing. Get in touch with your account manager should you need early preview access to these APIs in your property.
Pre-release
- The Identity and Access Management (IAM) dashboard is now in beta and is on track for V1 release to all properties at the end of March 2022 SGT.
